He is responsible for the investment management and operations oversight of the firm’s multifamily portfolio.
Prior to joining Momentum, Jeff served as Director of Asset Management with Metis Property Group, a Tampa-based real estate investment firm focused primarily on opportunistic and value-add multifamily investment strategies.
He successfully repositioned the operations of 4,500 multifamily units of over 30 assets during his tenure. Jeff was also strategically involved in the financial engineering of loan modifications totaling more than $312.5 million. Before joining Metis Property Group, Jeff was a multifamily investment associate at Marcus & Millichap where he underwrote over $4 billion in the multifamily sector and was involved in the divestitures of approximately $800 million of multifamily assets. Jeff graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
