Jeff leads the Momentum team’s day-to-day operations and his responsibilities include fundraising, public and fund investor relations, fund accounting and reporting, overseeing acquisitions, financings, asset management, and dispositions. Jeff has been responsible for coordinating the acquisition and disposition of over 5,159 multifamily units with transaction values of approximately $1.4 billion.
Prior to joining Momentum, Jeff had an extensive career in Commercial Real Estate brokerage, development, and investment in Charleston, SC and New York, NY. While in NYC, Jeff worked as an Associate with Blesso Properties, LLC, a high-end, design-oriented real estate investment firm that focuses on multifamily and hospitality development and investment. Projects included the acquisition and redevelopment of multifamily properties throughout Manhattan.
Jeff received his Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University. Jeff completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, obtaining a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in French.
